  • If we cannot fulfill an order or need to modify it, we will attempt to contact you using the information you provide.
  • Orders may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to the Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

14. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Any obligations accrued prior to termination—including indemnification, limitation of liability, and intellectual property protections—will survive termination.

15. Severability
